Supplier evaluation is one of the key elements for several of the ISO management system standards. You have to monitor and measure the performance of your suppliers; however, you also have to be sure about their capability before you start to work with them. Every company has to have minimum criteria for suppliers and with our Supplier Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) this initial assessment or vetting can be conducted.
The PQQ can be adjusted as of when needed, to ensure it captures all of the requirements that need to be assessed as part of the supplier approval process.
