The purpose of the QMS Awareness Training is to increase awareness of quality management within an organisation. The training explains the key elements of a Quality Management System (QMS) and how they apply to the individual employees.
It is very important the QMS is understood by all employees and QMS Awareness Training can be used for the training of the new and existing employees. This training will help you to create a quality culture within your organisation.
The training covers all aspects of quality management and is based on ISO 9001. The QMS Awareness Training prepares employees to an external audit and/or internal audit. By help of this training, employees can easily understand the importance of QMS and their contribution as part of it.
This document is for ISO 9001 only; however, if you are implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) you can use an Integrated Management System Awareness Training for all standards you have integrated within your management system.
This document can be purchased individually or as part of a package. If you are implementing a management system based on one or more of the main ISO standards, then our management system packages might be more cost effective.
Our standard management system packages cover a combination of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001. However, additional standards can easily be included if needed.
