The purpose of this Approved Suppliers Register is to monitor and track the organisation’s approved suppliers and sup-contractors. This register will have an overview of all the suppliers and sub-contractors who have gone through the formal vetting process.
Managing the suppliers is an important part of quality management systems and this register will help you with managing your supply chain. The relevant stakeholders within the organisation can see the details of the suppliers such as contact names, addresses, insurance details, websites and any similar types of information.
With an Approved Suppliers Register, you can ensure that everyone only is using formally approved suppliers that has been adequately assessed.
