This policy is prepared based on Bribery Act 2010, which came into force on 1 July 2011. This policy will help you demonstrate your approach to bribery and corruption for new and potentially new clients and customers. The policy is prepared based on a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.

This policy is essential to your management system and will define the employees’ and employers’ responsibilities based on anti-bribery and corruption. You can easily customise the document with company specific conditions, such as helpline details and similar.

In addition to our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, you can also purchase other relevant policies such as a Corporate Criminal Offence Policy and Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
